In explaining the features of the vehicle, very impressive by the way, we asked for repeating some steps and that was no problem, steps repeated without a hesitation. Although I know the staff had lots to do they did not try to rush us to make decisions. Brad Howell and the staff act like family to us, which they are not, and that makes me feel quite welcome and not pressured. We have been in dealerships where there were multiple interruptions, breaking the flow of our conversation or they would have to find someone else to be to answer our question. That has never happened at Brad Howell Ford. More
Dealer was great! Ford was the problem. Ordered fleet platinum in May 2021. Still to this day saying unscheduled clean. Ordered exact truck end of February 2022 re Ford was the problem. Ordered fleet platinum in May 2021. Still to this day saying unscheduled clean. Ordered exact truck end of February 2022 retail as was beginning to wondered if fleet will ever get built. Retail truck arrived week or two ago and fleet truck still unscheduled clean. Pretty corrupt that exact trucks ordered one about 9 months later and it shows up first due to higher cost. That seems like a bad way of doing business. Would love to have someone at Ford reach out to me that has some authority but I’m sure that won’t happen. I will just keep spreading my experience from Ford with others. More
