I really enjoyed the whole process. Danielle was very patient and answered all my questions very quickly. Couldn't ask for a more courteous sales rep. I brought my 2012 F150 in for a brake problem and Fran was quick to help me and the service techs got everything repaired in just a couple of hours. I looked at a 2020 F150 while I waited and a few days later working with Danielle and Andy my wife and I purchased the F150 and I took the truck home. Brad Howell Ford has the best staff I have ever had the privilege of dealing with. More
