came in for an oil change and to get the radio fixed. extended warranty paid for the new radio and paid for labor up to $125/hr. derry charges $145/hr and would not match the rate, so i had to pay extra extended warranty paid for the new radio and paid for labor up to $125/hr. derry charges $145/hr and would not match the rate, so i had to pay extra for labor. picked up the truck and no paper floor mat and the center console was a mess from trying to update the radio with a usb. my truck has never leaked anything, but now i have an oil spot on the driveway under the truck. serious lack of customer service and respect, and after the radio gets replaced i will never go here again. Had dashboard speakers installed installed on a rainy day, noticed finger prints on windshield day later. Service is wonderful but could have cleaned my windshield after service day, noticed finger prints on windshield day later. Real Dodge Disappointment I am happy to read some positive reviews of this dealership, and maybe my review should be aimed more towards Dodge in general, but unfortunately I pu I am happy to read some positive reviews of this dealership, and maybe my review should be aimed more towards Dodge in general, but unfortunately I purchased my car at Brad Deery so they get the review. I purchased a certified used 2015 Dodge Dart September 12th with 52,338 miles on it. I was happy to find a certified car in my price range in a manual! I am 30-ish old female and I don't know anything about cars and wanted a reliable car I didn't have to worry about. WRONG 5 days later the engine light came on. I made an appointment for the engine light and a noise I was hearing at some start ups. That appointment was for September 27th with 53,800 miles on the car. I was moving in October and was really stressing out at this point. Turns out is was a clutch issue with the noise and a few things for the check engine lights. It wasn't going to be completely covered under warranty but after a few days of going back and forth the awesome service department said they would cover the difference. Took my car in Oct 2nd with 54,000 for them to fix the issues. My car was delivered to me October 25th with 54,208 miles. The noise was gone! yay! engine light hasn't been on. Every once in awhile it would smell like something was burning. Then my emergency brake wasn't holding. By this time I had moved to the central Iowa area and was not going to drive it back to eastern Iowa so I took it to Deery of Ames. Got in December 31st with 57,182 miles and they let me know that I shouldn't even be driving the car because the left and right rear calipers needed replaced. They said it could be from sitting too long (when?!?! I had only been driving it 2 months!!) Talked to service at Brad Deery and nothing they were going to do because it checked out when they certified it. I shelled out the $850 and when I went to pick up my car and turned it right around because the splash shield engine cover thing was dragging underneath my car. WHAT?! it wasn't when I dropped it off. They put it back on the hoist and showed me how bolts were missing and how it had been zip tied up. Called Brad Deery again. Not covered because that is wear and tear. Quoted $500 to replace. I said no. I now have a torn up splash shield in my trunk and was told to stay away from deep water or I would have serious issues. I am giving this an AVERAGE rating because unfortunately this is not the first dodge dealer I have had issues with (maybe I should have learned with my first dodge automobile?!?!) I had no issues with the people here, just really disappointed in this car and how it was CERTIFIED but has had so many issues. Now I'm driving worrying about the next thing that is going to happen to it. More
