Disappointing and Unprofessional I was interested in purchasing a truck through Brad Deery, working in Customer Experience I know how important star rating is online and from the rave I was interested in purchasing a truck through Brad Deery, working in Customer Experience I know how important star rating is online and from the rave reviews and star ratings I was excited to work with them. Being out of state, I was negotiating price with Kenny H. in sales over the phone. I had called and left a few voicemails to see if he was able to finalize the best price they could offer. None of the voicemails were returned so I texted him, he had responded with the price they could offer at around 8pm, unfortunately, I was not able to respond to him right away. The next day he texted me to let know that the vehicle had sold and bragged stating, “I knew it would bring in all the money” since it had sold for full online asking price. That very same day on Autotrader and their own website, the price of the vehicle was reduced to a lower amount than the final price he had told me was the best they could do. I found this odd since the truck had supposedly already sold. I decided to call the dealership back and spoke with a different salesman. Come to find out, the truck had not sold and the price was actually reduced. Never have I worked with a dealership that lied to me about the sale of a vehicle nor one that would throw the sale price to another customer in my face. I'm not one to take the time to write a review, however, this experience certainly warranted my time. The great star rating and reviews on both Google and social media does not match the service I experienced, I find it very disappointing that a salesman would treat a customer in this fashion. My advice is to go to a dealership that is honest, hassle free, and excited to work with its customers. More
