Buyer beware!! Trying to sell vehicles over book value! Don’t waste your time. Tried buying a 2019 Pacifica limited to save money vs buying new and they want over $4,000 more than book! Lenders laugh when trying to get a loan because it’s so over priced. Brad Deery might be able to use some shady lender with a high interest rate to get ya approved, just so they can rip you off, but ask your own lender by using the vin number to get a more accurate appraisal. Although the salesman was nice to work with, they did nothing to get the sale done, which would’ve been an easy sale. Do your research before getting took by these thieves! More

They do not negotiate on price and wouldn’t even do an oil change ( was due in 800 miles) or correct the tire pressure as we asked( were all 20psi over). We requested a full tank of gas because it was at a quarter, they took it to 3/4 and waited til the end of the sales process which took forever. We were there doing paperwork for a couple hours and then had to wait for them to get back with it. Asked for a bottle of touch up paint and they said they would order on for us but we have to drive the 30min back to get it. More
