Here at Brad Deery Motors we believe our customers are the most important part of our business. We believe we should treat them the way we want to be treated. Brad Deery Motors was established in 1985 adding to the Deery Automotive Group which has proudly served Iowa, Illinois, & Wisconsin as Iowa’s largest auto retail group. Led into the automobile industry by his uncle, John Deery Sr., Brad Deery purchased the dealership at the age of 26. Twenty-eight years of service & dedication to the industry earned him a nomination as “Time’s Dealer of the Year” in 2013 and recipient of the 2013 “Iowa Dealer of the Year”. Brad Deery believes in customer satisfaction & giving back to the community. Some examples of his generous donations over the years include donations to the Athletic Booster Club, Maquoketa Library, Maquoketa YMCA, Jackson County Public Hospital, Maquoketa Kiwanis’ Club, Relay for Life & most recently, Little Bear Park II.. He is also has sponsored community events inclusive of the Jackson County Pro Rodeo, the Jackson County Fair, and Maquoketa Motor Madness. We strive to maintain the highest levels of integrity and professionalism in every area of our business, that is our customer's right to expect and our privilege to provide. Matt & Tasha, We are very sorry that you felt that way. Here is what the math comes out to $45k at 48 months is $937.50 a month. That is not taking into account things like tax, fees, or APR for the loan. There are things that you can do to lower that payment. The term could be extended and we won't know your ARP until we pull credit. We'd be happy to look into other payment options if you would like us to do so. Thank you, Brad Deery Motors.

I appreciate your response! I'm an educated person and can do math and I'm aware of what the payment would be on a $45k vehicle. We told Ken 84 months.... and he said even then it'll be over $700-800/mo? Regardless, I'm happy that Nick (not even involved in our process btw) was able to call me back 4 days after I initiated a complaint. Ghosting people after YOU specfically ask about our experience is an example of poor leadership. Your employees don't grow and learn if people don't express what made their experiences less than desirable. This experience was unfortunate and ultimately cost you the $45k+ sale that we'll likely spend at Deery Iowa City. Customer service goes a long way.
