Brad Deery Motors was established in 1985 adding to the Deery Automotive Group which has proudly served Iowa, Illinois, & Wisconsin as Iowa’s largest auto retail group. Led into the automobile industry by his uncle, John Deery Sr., Brad Deery purchased the dealership at the age of 26. Twenty-eight years of service & dedication to the industry earned him a nomination as “Time’s Dealer of the Year” in 2013 and recipient of the 2013 “Iowa Dealer of the Year”. Brad Deery believes in customer satisfaction & giving back to the community. Some examples of his generous donations over the years include donations to the Athletic Booster Club, Maquoketa Library, Maquoketa YMCA, Jackson County Public Hospital, Maquoketa Kiwanis’ Club, Relay for Life & most recently, Little Bear Park II.. He is also has sponsored community events inclusive of the Jackson County Pro Rodeo, the Jackson County Fair, and Maquoketa Motor Madness.

Came down and test drove a truck after working with Sunny online. Had some Issues with the truck a couple months later, and they did a great job taking care of the problem! I spoke with Alex concerning the issue regarding the new vehicle i purchased being sold to me with warped rotors and thin break pads just 1 week after purchase. Alex stated that i (the customer) should hav vehicle i purchased being sold to me with warped rotors and thin break pads just 1 week after purchase. Alex stated that i (the customer) should have noticed the issue when i test drove the vehicle, but i reminded him that i have no control as to when the issue would reveal itself AND since i thought i purchased a gm certified vehicle with bumper to bumper warranty, how did this safety issue get overlooked during their initial inspection and the certification process!!!! Alex also denied me the 3 day repurchase/VIN swap option that’s included under the certified warranty, (and i was not told i had until contacting the manufacturer (GM)), stating 3 days had passed!!! WOW, classic! I had to argue with them to put new brakes and rotors on the vehicle because initially they were telling me it was not covered under the warranty, and failed to mention the 2 included maintenance visits or the 3 day option available to me per GM. if you’re in search of a new vehicle, bypass BRAD DEERY, as they are dishonest! More
