I purchased a 2022 Jeep Wagoneer from Connor Wambold over the weekend. He was helpful, easy to talk to and knew the answer to every question I asked about the vehicle. They try to give you the lowest trade in allowance possible . Even with vehicles in brand new condition with under 22000 miles . They then tell you that vehicles around the area are not bringing th possible . Even with vehicles in brand new condition with under 22000 miles . Looking down the list finding a comparable vehicle the price was $4000 more than my trade value should have been not bottom of the barrel price . Also if you look around the Midwest they are giving up to $17000 off some trucks . These guys are stuck on only what Dodge will give them . $7809 or something like that . And their truck has been on the lot for over 300 days . It’s a 2022 . When Dan told me the difference if he gave me what I wanted . He added $2000 dollars to their price . Very dishonest man . I can see why the bad reviews on the better business site . Let’s see how they answer this . I have the emails to prove everything. I keep all my emails . And do call out all scammers . But one of the sites they sent me had a truck I liked so thanks for that . Plus they would deal to get the sale . Maybe bought more truck than I needed but it was worth it for the honesty ! More

We purchased a 2020 Pacifica. We were told 3000 miles bumper to bumper warranty. We were also told to just call with any questions or concerns. We noticed while driving in the sun that the windshield was covered with chips, like it had been in a sandstorm. There were also some other minor things that were covered by warranty. However, when we took it in they gave us a big line about not fixing any of it and said they would call us about what might be fixed. That was a month ago and we have heard nothing! We paid over $300 to replace the windshield. We are totally unhappy with this dealer. More

The last five cars I bought thru Carousel Motors in Iowa City I’ll be switching my allegiance to Deery in Maqueketa and Blaze both Randy and Blaze. UPDATE Today, I went turn in my vehicle on manufacture buyback and Brad Deery agreed to reimburse me for my interest paid on the vehicle I never even made it home with as the buyback does not cover this i buyback and Brad Deery agreed to reimburse me for my interest paid on the vehicle I never even made it home with as the buyback does not cover this in the State of Iowa. I got there and they refused, they agreed over text just days prior…the proof is in the text message from their Service Manager, Tim Things went down hill really quickly after the sale as I didn’t even make it the 45 minute drive home. I test drove the vehicle, signed the paperwork and didn’t make it more then 10 miles outside of town before loads of dash lights were coming on, sensors were tripping and the vehicle was not driving as it should or maintaining RPM’s. I was assured my car would be looked at first thing Monday. Monday came and went, I called and they had no updates. I called again on Thursday and they said my vehicle had not been looked at yet but he would call me later in the day with an update. Nothing. This cat and mouse game of Deery (Joe the sales manager) promising to call me with updates and me having to call back 3-4 times just to be told my vehicle hasn’t been looked at yet went on for over a month. They replaced a part, but something happened upon test driving it and it had to be looked at again. Then after another 2 weeks, they replaced something else and were going to bring me my car later in the day…guess what, the driver had to turn around because the issue wasn’t fixed. Did I get a call? No, they told me when I called because they didn’t arrive at the agreed upon time. With no more then a “hey, we thought it was fixed”, from Deery. It’s not just that they have really crappy communication but they knowingly sold me this vehicle, issues and all and have offered no support after purchase. 4.5 months of car payments, interest, tax, title & registration, insurance while being without my vehicle purchased from Brad Deery. I bought a car and all I got was a picture… More
