The experience I had at Brad Deery Motors was excellent. I have not had good experiences with dealers in the past, and I was very grateful for the excellent staff memeber I worked with-TJ Bower. He did not push me to get anything, and this was good in my book. He took me and my boyfriend through the entire vehicle and explained everything. I especially liked the fact that he was honest and pointed out the few things that were wrong with the vehicle (the two small dents in it). Having this overall experience that I have had with Brad Deery, I would definately recommend this dealership to anyone I speak with-and no offense to all the other salesman-but I would recommend that they go to TJ. I am very happy with my purchase and grateful for all the assistance that TJ provided me with. Thank you. More

Drove 200 miles for nothing. Worst customer service ever. I had a signed contract and cashiers check in hand and they sold the vehicle on me. My wife & I have purchased 5 vehicles (just bought New Ram) from this dealership over the past 14 years. We have always been treated fine and they always have a big inventory to choose from. They don't update their webpage at all, so if you find a car you like chances are its already been sold. That backup car you thought was cute? Sold. The car that was in your price range but wasn't particula car you like chances are its already been sold. That backup car you thought was cute? Sold. The car that was in your price range but wasn't particularly interested in? Sold too. So what's left? Cars that run reasonably well with pre-existing damages. Do you really want to take another three hours of your life to drive back just for them to tell you they can't fix it because their winshield guy/engine mechanic/transmission specialist went on vacation and nobody told you to reschedule? Because that's what happened to me. Now I've chewed out two managers about this, and they're sending someone to my house to fix my chipped winshield. Do I trust their word? Not anymore. Its obvious the salesmen will tellv you anything you want to hear just to make a sale. Now's my turn to talk: What they're doing is called a "Bait and Switch", where they show you great cars to lure you in, then they give you something you don't want. Furthermore, they're on the verge of a breach of contract, as I have in writing that they would repair or replace my windshield after I purchased the car, and as of this moment I can't say that's happened yet. They get one more week, then I'm calling a lawyer. More
