I e-mailed TJ on a Sunday night and he responded the same night. The manager we worked with and Randy were very fair with the price of the Enclave and our trade in....and patient with us while we were "thinking" for a long time. The Enclave was freshly washed and spotless when we drove it home that night. We walked away with the beautiful Enclave that we wanted, and we were happy with the price that we paid. We have been looking to purchase an Enclave for a few months, and we knew just what we wanted. We have stopped at a couple of other different dealers, one of which we had previously purchased from--but never again! The Brad Deery dealership was like a breath of fresh air.
