Agreed on lease payment on new Cadillac and was switched to US Bank instead of Ally in the F&I office. When I threatened to leave over the $395 disposition fee charged by US Bank, Charlie promised to fix t to US Bank instead of Ally in the F&I office. I told them as I was leaving to not process the paperwork because I may have to return the car if they don't do as promised. Well, they indeed made no effort to make the correction to the lease deal and basically told me to piss off. I met the internet salesperson Jacob when I arrived. While he pretended to chat with me he was looking all around the dealership with complete disinterest. I was assigned to the salesperson Darren who had absolutely no product knowledge whatsoever. I provided him with an education about the ATS. He was friendly enough, but he also looked all around as I was speaking. While I won't go so far as to say I was lied to, I will say I was mislead and dismissed after I signed the paperwork. I take responsibility for my accepting the deal and signing but the experience was very subpar. The dealership is old fashioned and not in a good way. They refused to work with me by email (unlike Billion in Iowa City) requiring me to drive an hour before they'd provide a lease payment. Once I arrived, the sales experience was totally regimented. First we do this, then we do that, I'll drive off the lot and you can drive back, next we fill out this form, next is this step. It's a very inflexible and somewhat cold experience. I will never buy or lease another car from this dealership and regret the moment I contacted them. Every time I get in my car, I feel a little sick to my stomach. More

Very good customer service. We contacted Kelly via the internet. She was very helpful. We scheduled our appt and were greated by a smily Ms. Kelly. She had us speak with Savo. I was very happy in dealing with Jim in the purchase of my 2010 Silverado. This is the first time that I have bought a vehicle outside of the Quad Cities. I spoke to TJ on the phone about a trailblazer I was interested in looking at on a Friday afternoon with intentions on driving over 400 miles round trip to see it on Saturday. I told him about my trade in (2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited 100,000miles)and asked him for a rough range of the amount they could offer before the long drive. I was told that they don't evaluate cars over the phone but that he was very interested in my trade. After driving 200+ miles on the assumption we could make a deal they offered my 3200 for my trade after several other dealers had offered between 6 thousand and 7500 for it. After alot of back and forth they're final offer was 3500 dollars. The sales associate laughed when i told him I didn't understand why they couldn't offer more and would make at least a 6000 dollar profit on my vehicle. After all of the games were over we didn't make a deal on the car and drove all that way for nothing. When I got home I looked at their website and they had an older jeep with similar miles but without any of the options mine comes with listed for 9000 dollars. Worst experience with a dealer I've ever had. More
