Sales manager Marc told us if we put deposit down on a crv that was being ordered and if we didn't like it once it came in we would get our deposit refunded. Never ever will do business with them again. Terrible used vehicles. Turn their back on you. No service after the sale. Drove off the lot with 2 warranties and still had to pay out of pocket. The vehicle that was sold to me didn't even make it home from the dealership. The alternator blew out. The dealer made it sound like I was getting a good deal on a car, and knew I didn't have much money to from the dealership. The alternator blew out. They didn't say much about the car when I came to pick it up. And when I handed them the check they were quick to push me out the door. These ppl knew they sold me a peice of crap car and I was too navie and need of a car to see it. Needless to say I will never recommend anyone to this dealership, and I truly hope someone looks into this dealership ethics policy. Because nobody should ever buy a car that doesn't even make it home. More

We purchased a used vehicle. I would never recommend Brad Deer Honda. They said they inspected the vehicle. We found a couple minor issues before purchasing. Nothing major. Then it was one recall after another. They didn't check for recalls. We traded in the vehicle 9 months later because it was going to become a lemon. The dealership we traded it to, who was honest took it to a whole-seller because they found issues with the suspension. They didn't want to invest money to fix it. Pure junk. They played games with the pricing at Brad Deery. Didn't feel important. They just wanted the sale and found a sucker for their piece of junk. More
