We had a great experience at the dealership! The constant emails and text messages before and after the sale were very annoying and unnecessary. Even after confirming what time we would be there, we were te emails and text messages before and after the sale were very annoying and unnecessary. Even after confirming what time we would be there, we were texted 4 or 5 times to make sure we were coming, this makes the dealership seem very pushy; good dealerships don't need to be pushy. Even after the sale the emails didn't stop. Our salesman was great, I wouldn't hesitate to go back to him directly, just avoid the internet sales communication and maybe withhold your number and email and you will have a great experience.
