He was definitely well educated in his products which made me feel comfortable in what he was telling me was in fact true. He worked well with BC care sales manager and were able to meet me in the middle. They didn't try and play lets make a deal game. They let me know what their best offer was and it fell within what I was looking for. This has to be the best car buying experience I have had due to no back and forth games and not trying to get me in a car I wasn't interested in. More
