Service Over and Above! Went in for first of the two free services on my new Silverado. Got to the dealership before the Service Dept. opened and was waiting outside. Josh came out to greet me, clipboard in hand, and welcomed me in even though they weren't quite ready to start up the Service Dept. Josh was friendly and warm and made me feel very welcome. A couple months ago I visited Bozarth Service for the seat tensioner recall and worked with Greg Ruybal. Same experience with him. Friendly, efficient, and warm. Met the Service Manager John yesterday and told him what a great experience I've now had on two occasions at Bozarth and that if and when I need service in the future they would be the ones to do it. Overall friendly, warm, efficient atmosphere with a nice customer lounge. One of the Bozarth associates even asked me if I wanted a cup of coffee while waiting! Very nice! Everyone was friendly and acted like I was the most important person in the building. More

Best experience buying a vehicle we have ever had After talking with every Chevrolet and GMC dealer in Colorado, as well as two in Tennessee, and one in Texas, Shaq was the ONLY person that worked to After talking with every Chevrolet and GMC dealer in Colorado, as well as two in Tennessee, and one in Texas, Shaq was the ONLY person that worked to find the truck we needed. He didn't try to sell us something that didn't fit the criteria we had exactly and made sure to correct the flaw in the fender that was damaged before arriving at the dealership. We have purchased several vehicles from several dealers and this is the only experience that was pleasant the entire way through the deal. More
