We decided to replace our 2009 Odyssey with a new 2018 model.Jason Toombs aided us with a test drive of one of their in stock 2018 Odysseys, and explained a number of the new & different features from our 9 year old Odyssey. After I had ordered, and it was delivered, to Boyd, it took a couple of days to get the optional accessories I wanted installed(mud flaps, roof rack & cross bars , Heated steering wheel, etc.). Once that had been completed, then Jim Malpede assisted my through their initial processing of a car purchased directly from Honda by an employee or a relative of an employee. Jim was very friendly, and wanted to make sure my shiny new Odyssey was filled with gas, everything had been installed properly, and after completing final paperwork, I was ready to drive my new vehicle home. I wanted the car delivered to Boyd, so that I would use them as my servicing dealer, and for any new vehicle purchases in the future. More
