Should have learned from service and not bought Took my ridgeline in for an airbag recall. Service came to me with 2 filters that needed to be changed and quoted and outrageous amount to do so. Told them no and purchase filters and changed myself. Found they had stripped a bolt on engine e air filter housing and said nothing. SHOULD HAVE LEARNED. Purchased a 2017 Pilot Touring car in May 2017. Salesman was going to be there for us. Was not there when car was picked up. Had some relatively minor issues and contacted salesman. He would going to get right back to us. Had to call him. Had same issue, contacted him again and he was going to get right back to us. After 2 weeks, I called and found he had moved to another location, NO FOLLOWUP. In March 2018, went to use Map system and got message that maps were over a year old and gave website to purchase upgrade. ARE YOU KIDDING?!?!?!? I have purchase many handheld garmin units and all but the first one include lifetime map updates. Contacted head of Customer Service and told him I was shocked to get this message. He was pleasant, stated that the system would still work but just would not have the most up to date maps. I questioned if there were any more suprises we should expect with this car. I new Sirius was a pay item, but Garmin, why were we not told of this. He gave the excuse that on pickup day there is a lot going on but he would bring this up in there next meeting. I sure hope I never get a brake job done when there is a lot going on. Based on the responses and actions from Boyd Honda, Do not think we will be back or recommend to anyone. More

Pleasant, felt welcomed, great service. Salesman was knowledgeable. He wasn’t pushy. Everyone gave a home town welcoming feeling especially Gordon Winfield. We followed him to Boyd. We contemplated greatly about buying for a long time but there was no question about who we wanted to go to when we were ready. The dealership was very clean and we loved the delicious popcorn. I want to also send a praise to Grace Tanner. She is so friendly and you can tell she loves people and her career at Boyd. They call me a walking billboard at work. When I receive the experience that y’all delivered, I will spread the good news. More

Great experience I worked with a few different people in sales prior to driving an hour to the dealership. Everyone was very nice and helpful.
