Leasing experience My first question was: "Do you have the car advertised on TV" - Phil Daniel, a Honda Sales Pro, showed me the advertised vehicle. There was no "bait My first question was: "Do you have the car advertised on TV" - Phil Daniel, a Honda Sales Pro, showed me the advertised vehicle. There was no "bait and switch", no high pressure at all. Phil clearly demonstrated that he wanted our business and took my son and I for a test drive in both the Civic and Accord sedans over a variety of road surfaces. We drove away with a new, 2014 Accord LX 4 door sedan. The only "glitch" in the process was that the dealership would not accept any credit cards (even Visa or MasterCard) for the lease inception amount, they only accept debit cards, personal checks (or cash). However, I was told that credit cards were OK for payment of auto services. While I can highly recommend this Honda dealership, I think that it's time that they update their payment system. More

Thomas May is the reason I bought a new (used) vehicle. I had purchases a 2012 Chev Cruz that had been a lemon since day 1. I was getting mail from attorney's w is the reason I bought a new (used) vehicle. I had purchases a 2012 Chev Cruz that had been a lemon since day 1. I was getting mail from attorney's wanting to represent me in a law suit against Chev. Guess I should have went that route and maybe it would have been more profitable for me. As it was, to trade meant going in the hole because of how much was still owed on the Cruz. I was just glad to get rid of it and not the headache every day of wondering if I was going to get stranded. Thomas May was my salesman. He did not pressure me, or try to bias my opinion on any car. I like the friendly face and really liked him not lying through a smile. I did drive a Honda CR-V and loved it. He was so pleasant and easy to work with. It's great to see young people like him out there in the workforce. I am very happy with my Honda.
