I had been looking for a truck now for awhile. I was referred to Richard by my brother who had an awesome experience with him. After being turned down at Capital Ford for my credit not being too great I referred to Richard by my brother who had an awesome experience with him. After being turned down at Capital Ford for my credit not being too great I gave Richard a call and he said he would help me with whatever he could. After he checked my credit him and his manager Rob worked on it for a couple of hours trying to find a bank to approve me and finally I guess they just bothered the bank enough until they approved it and with an awesome intetest rate. They even got me approved on an amazingly gorgeous silverado! After I was pre approved I made the drive out to oxford and Richard was awesome throughout the whole process! He even asked me 3 times throughout the sale if I was completely satisfied and that was just awesome for me to know that he cared that much. And he could answer every question i had about the truck. I've never been so comfortable buying a new truck. Im here to tell you that these guys in oxford are awesome and I will definitely be buying my next truck from them! I had been wanting a new car so I decided to ride through Boyd's and take a look at the Ford Fusion. This car was exactly what he said, it was awesome. Then I did the paperwork, and it was mine!!! I have never had a brand new car, so I was lost when it came to the new technology the Fusion has. Richard sat down and explained it all and set me up on the Sync system, he even helped download my phone to the car. If he hadnt, I would still be lost.
