I went to Boyd's because my car had been in an accident and totaled. I was in need of a car but didn't know if I wanted a Honda or Chevy Malibu which I had previously. Keith was very helpful in giving us and totaled. I was in need of a car but didn't know if I wanted a Honda or Chevy Malibu which I had previously. Keith was very helpful in giving us the opportunity to drive both vehicles and he even put them side by side so we could see the difference as well as the similar features between the two vehicles. He explained the features of both cars to us. After we decided on the Chevy Malibu Keith and the manager were very good at helping us through the paperwork. A salesman by the name of Richard Mangum, assisted us in first asking how our day had been and what we were interested in. My parents replied we are looking for a car, and I believe my son is as well. Well I decided to purchase new after having several bad experiences at used dealerships across Raleigh and Cary, so I thought let me just test the waters of a new car. Richard first worked a deal for my parents, and got them in their new Ford Focus. Then he moved directly to me, and mind you I had made mentioin I wasn't sure if I would be buying today or not. We walked over and had a look at the new Civics. I picked one I liked and then we sat down to run some numbers. All in all I ended up deciding to get the Civic from Boyd because, the customer service I got, the hard work put in by the salesman, and the deal I got on the Civic was better than any I had came across so far. Boyd has been a loyal dealership to my parents for quite sometime, who have literally bought all of their vehicles from them, no complaints from them at all. After buying my first car from them, I see why my dad does not look anywhere else when it comes time to buy new or used. Boyd puts the buyer first, and everything else second!
