First Honda purchase at Boyd Honda-Oxford My day started out at the service department with routine service plus a couple of things I wanted checked out on my 2001 Odyssey. As is ALWAYS the case, Doug Loyd did a great job of answering my questions, explaining any options and offering service strategies. While at the dealership I sought out Phil Daniel in Sales, who had been recommended to me by a friend, as I wanted to make a decision on my next Honda (14 years later)….Odyssey or CR-V. Phil was very knowledgeable and helpful and by the end of the test drives of both models, I knew it was time to downsize to the CR-V. Phil put the deal together and Wes Kirby handled the financial paperwork, DMV transfer of my existing license plates as well as pointing out the benefits of an extended warranty. Phil ordered the add-ons that afternoon, they were delivered the next morning and the service folks installed them on my new CR-V that afternoon. I returned with my 2014 Odyssey, Title and check and the deal was completed. I drove home that evening in my new CR-V! Because I had been a service customer for 13 years, and very impressed with and trusted the service department, I knew when it came time to buy a new Honda it would be from Boyd Honda in Oxford. I was not disappointed…..it was a most pleasant experience. I will certainly recommend Phil and Boyd Honda-Oxford to any of my friends looking to buy a Honda. Thanks guys!! More
