To us Richard Mangum isn't your "typical" car sales person. He was very professional and really took his time with us. We went in there hoping to get a cheaper truck payment and our first thoug sales person. He was very professional and really took his time with us. Then Richard Mangum suggested we look to new F150 and we could get a new truck with some of the features we wanted and still get a lower price then we were currently paying. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Boyd Honda! I went on the website just checking prices and I saw the special they were having online. Well, about a hour or two later Mr. Jefferson called me back and said I was approved!!!! I was overjoyed! When I got to the dealership he had the car washed and ready for me to test drive. So we arrived a little after 6pm and I was ready to drive my used Honda Accord off the lot at 730pm! So when my husband is ready to buy we will return to Boy Honda for hopefully another great experience. More

I explained to Keith Taylor right from the start the kind of deal I was looking for and that I didn't have time to waste going back and forth with pricing on the New truck as well my trade-in. Keith knew from past experience how to deal with my request and also knew how to handle me in a way that was both courteous and professional. He went straight to the sales manager and told him, straight-up what kind of deal it was going to take or that I would walk out the door as I had other offers in hand from other dealerships. It wasn't but about an hour later that I drove off the lot in my new truck. It was a straight forward and painless buying experience.
