We have bought several autos from Boyd Automotive & got nothing less than first class service from them. Our first was a 2001 F150 truck, 2nd was a 2003 F150 truck, 3rd was a 2005 Honda Accord, 4th was got nothing less than first class service from them. Our first was a 2001 F150 truck, 2nd was a 2003 F150 truck, 3rd was a 2005 Honda Accord, 4th was a 2009 Pontiac Vibe (red), 5th is a 2013 Honda CR-V we just bought. My wife (Susan) also cosigned for our son to buy a 2009 Pontiac blue Vibe. I have the idea if you are treated right with courtesy & price & working with you, you have to keep going back to them & that's what we did. It was sorta like being at home there. Our Salesman (Mr. Seamon Rice) was so patient & willing to answer any question we had & he wasn't pushy at all. His last words to us were, if you have any question at all please call me. The finance person was very friendly & explained all paper work very clearly & understandable. They stuck to what kind of payment we wanted to make with a couple of dollars less than we were paying on the trade-in. I will never ever think of dealing with anyone else, only Boyd Automotive, they are second to no one. We know we will only get first class service when needed & the friendliness goes without saying. we truly trust in & believe in the Boyd Automotive Group. I wish all Auto Buyers could experience what we experienced. they even brought the CR-V in we wanted from out of state the next day & had it ready for us before we went to pick it up. All we have to say is (THANK YOU MR. SEAMON RICE) & all involved in making our buy a pleasure & enjoyable. I know if we do it again some day, it will be with Boyd Automotive. More
