We had already visited a dealership in another area and tehat dealership would barely talk to us. The salesman at the previous dealership only wanted to talk to us about two program vehicles with several tehat dealership would barely talk to us. Mr. Taylor and everyone at Boyd did everything they could to help us and we did not feel pressured at all. The whole transaction really took only about two hours. If I had a complaint it was that it was a little warm inside the showroom but that sometimes happens and if that is the only thing to complain about, they must have done something right! More

I feel that the overall experience was great when I went to Boyd. This was my first car purchase, and I will not buy another car from anyone else other than J. W. Cox. He was not pushy like some of the ot to Boyd. This was my first car purchase, and I will not buy another car from anyone else other than J. W. Cox. He was not pushy like some of the other salesmen at Boyd have been. He did not just try to sell me a car, he tried to make me happy. He did not even show me cars that were out of my budget because he understood what I could and could not afford. Other salesmen just try to throw a car on you and get you in and out the door as fast as they can. J. W. does not mind going the extra step and taking the time with you to make sure that you have the perfect car buying experience. More

I had been searching for a Honda Pilot for the past year and was waiting for the right deal to come along. I saw a 2008 Honda Pilot on Cars.com at Boyd Honda in Oxford and decided to give the dealer a call and was waiting for the right deal to come along. From my past experiences with car dealerships, naturally I had a pit in my stomach thinking about talking to the "typical car salesman". Thomas May took the call and to my surprise he didn't sound or act like the "typical car salesman". He wasn't pushy, he wasn't a vulture and when I got off the phone with him I called my husband and said I think we need to make the hour and half trip to see him. When we got there, he was extremely friendly and had everything ready to go for us--not to mention due to child care issues we had to bring our 3 year old son along who loved climbing in to the showroom cars. After changing the car seat out and keeping a 3 year old entertained, Thomas remained extremely friendly and professional. After the test drive my husband and I were in love!!! So now comes the dreaded negotiations. Again to our surprise, we were satisfied with our trade in value and our interest rate and felt like this was a win/win deal for both the dealer and us. Edison Hawkins help finalize the deal and again, the entire experience was painless. My husband and I looked at each other and was waiting for the "catch" or the "gottcha moment"...(we were ready...lol). So we are breezing through the paperwork and Edison has us sign the last document and he stuck out his hand to shake and said "Congratulations on your new Pilot". My husband and I look at each other, got up and said to each other, "This is it??? We're done??? That was painless!!!" On the way out we spoke with the General Managers to let them know what a great experience we had. We are definitely Honda people and we will continue be customers of this dealership for many years to come. Thank you Thomas, Edison and Boyd Honda!!!! We will definitely recommend you to everyone we know!!! More
J.W. and Joe were very pleasant to work with. After hearing my situation, they seemed very determined to do whatever they could to help me get a new car which was very appreciated. However, I had to be persistent to get the actual car I wanted and it did end up costing me a little bit more than I wanted to pay. This due to fact that they gave me what I wanted on my trade. But that's the car business. Overall, I'm very pleased with my purchase. I had a good experience with the finance manager, Edison Hawkins. He was very personable and explained all options. I wasn't able to purchase the extended warranty due to the price I ended up paying. Please understand I went into this deal knowing my situation completely and knew I may end up paying more than I'd like so overall I've very pleased. I would be happy to recommend the dealership, J.W., Joe, and Edison to anyone needing a new or used vehicle. I only provide you the overall experience information as feedback. More
My Salesman was Keith Taylor, a very professsional, personable, friendly guy. He was very thorough in explaining the leasing procedure and helping me decide that it was the best option for me. I was always greeted warmly and welcomed on all of my five visits before I made the final decision to actually lease. I called so much the GM recognized my voice and informed me that I was calling for Keith. I never heard a bit of aggitation in his voice. I have every confidence in the service dept and after 10 years I still have my vehicle serviced there. There is no doubt in my mind that I will purchase another vehicle from Boyd. I will and have recommended this dealership to everyone that I know is in the market for a new or used vehicle. Great place and people!!! More

Phil always treats me like family and makes the sales process so smooth. He is sweet, unhurried, and pays attention to what I'm saying is important to me.
