I did purchase a new car from this dealership. The car was doing well until about a month after I purchased it. I contacted the dealership and I was told that it was out of there hands and that I had to was doing well until about a month after I purchased it. I contacted the dealership and I was told that it was out of there hands and that I had to deal with GMAC. The car was sold on this lot so I don't feel as if they were trying to help me when I ran into a problem. I could have purchased my vehicle from any other lot, but decided to go there. I do regret buying a new car there and buying a new car at all. Yes, my salesman was nice and friendly when purchasing my car, but customer service goes beyond the lot. I will not buy another car from Boyd Honda or refer a friend. More
