Tony broke down the numbers for me that made so much sense which alllowed me to maximize my money's worth in the vehicle in which I purchased (2013 Honda Civic LX). Tony is very knowlegable in what he knows and he exudes that through his passion which he showed the entire time. I would not hesitate to send referrals to him by any means. The attributes that he displayed are the ones that I esteem highly in a world of Customer Service. Keith Taylor was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. He got me what I wanted with no hassle. The only thing I really didn't care for was several long periods of waiting. I realize there was paperwork, time needed to evaluate my car for trade in and time to locate the car I wanted, but there seemed to be considerable "down time". I was impressed with Eric and his level of professionalism from my very first phone conversation with him. He was very honest with me from the beginning and always returned phone calls and e- professionalism from my very first phone conversation with him. He even went so far as to text me a picture of our car once it arrived on his lot. We truly felt that he wanted our business and valued us as a customer. These are the reasons that we drove from Wake Forest to Oxford to purchase our car from Eric Church at Boyd Honda. We did not have such a great experience at Leith Honda where we had purchased our last 2 Honda Accords. Below is a brief account of what happened. Customer service is just NOT what it used to be. I was absolutely shocked at an email I received yesterday from a salesman at Leith Honda after I told him that we had decided to go with Boyd Honda and went on to explain the reasons why. I won't reprint the email, but let's just say that when I forwarded it on to the GM of Leith he was not too happy. He was extremely professional. Here's his email response: Mrs. Krahulec, I am very sorry that you received this e-mail from Paul. I am truly embarrassed that anyone working with me would even consider writing anything like this. You have the right to buy your car from anyone that you want to. It is our job to earn your business and it is apparent that we failed to do our job. Again, I sincerely apologize that this has happened and I will be addressing this with Paul Thank you for making me aware of this.
