My experience with Boyd Chevrolet was one for the ages. My salesman was Mark Brown who was very professional, helpful, and truthful during my experience. Boyd Chevrolet is a very high quality dealership and this comment doesn't come often from someone with such high expectations as myself. I purchased a used 2016 Tahoe that was in spectacular condition, as advertised. Boyd puts their vehicles through a standard 172 point inspection to ensure that everything on the vehicle is functional prior to listing the vehicle for sale. The Tahoe was 100% functional per the inspection which I confirmed. I drove 3.5 hours to the dealership to see and purchase the vehicle. I found it just as described by Mark over the telephone. I traded in my 2016 Chevrolet Colorado and received a fair trade-in value to put toward the Tahoe. The lifetime powertrain warranty was a gamechanger as it eliminated the risk of the costs associated with possible failure for the primary drive components forever. I can only say good things about Boyd as these types of high level dealerships are not common from my past experiences. I have to mention that there were a couple of discrepancies with the wheels that were noticed only upon my returning home. Mark did everything expected to remedy these discrepancies in short order without me having to return to the dealership. Overall, this experience was a very pleasurable one, and I wanted to take this opportunity to say so and provide a sincere recommendation for Boyd Chevrolet and Mark Brown for any new or used car in consideration. Purchased vehicle three months ago and just got hit with a $1,400 repair bill. Called dealer and emailed still no return. Going on day three .
