Like riding with a friend I came in two days ago, with one thought- I wanted a full-size SUV with all wheel drive. We had just had a large snow so most of the vehicles were covered. About 5 min after we arrived Chris Taggert came and introduced himself. Pleasant, confident, and soft spoken he inquired why we were there and Within minutes he had the keys to the Ford Explorer I was looking at and had a gentleman come out and clear off the snow so we could get a better look. Decided to go for a test drive which ended in my neighborhood where there was still lots of slushy snow. I panicked and got the vehicle stuck. Chris remained calm, hoped into the drivers seat and easily maneuvered the suv back on track. Never got ruffled or made me feel bad. He was easy to talk to and made me feel like I had a friend along for the ride that would give me their real opinion. The purchase process was easy and done within an hour. I would not hesitate to recommend him or Boyd for future vehicle needs. More
