New Ride! I would recommend the dealership but just be careful. I purchased a 2015 Chevrolet Traverse. I do like my car it has all features I wanted/needed in a I would recommend the dealership but just be careful. I purchased a 2015 Chevrolet Traverse. I do like my car it has all features I wanted/needed in a car; however, the remote start does not turn on the heat so that sucks! I can't use the remote start for the one thing I need it for!!! To turn on the car and have it warm on cold mornings! Kam gave me a nice test drive; however; when we did the paperwork with the finance it was not clear about the two extended warranty and they tried to slip the bumper to bumper warranty that was almost $3000 extra. My husband caught that thankful and we had it removed. Shannon was understanding but just be careful and asking questions. Then Kam tried to give me just two keys and no keyless entry, remote start key fob which was a key feature that was listed for the car. I was told I could just get one on eBay. We said we wasn't leaving without one (that was one of the important things I wanted) and the manger made sure it was fixed. Unfortunately, the next day we realized a headlight was burned out and that cost us $50 because we replaced both lights. We didn't think to check them since it was daylight and freezing cold!! So just be careful and check everything on the car/truck/SUV before driving off. More
