I was originally very happy with my purchase, until realized my 2000 dollars down went to the dealership and not the premium. This was not what I was lead to believe. I was also PROMISED a trailor hitc realized my 2000 dollars down went to the dealership and not the premium. This was not what I was lead to believe. I was also PROMISED a trailor hitch as part of my negotiating point. Manny's exact words were "I'll take care of it for you". The hitch was MY ONLY NEGOTIATING POINT. I paid sticker price. . . When Manny called me the following Monday to schedule my hitch to be installed, he told me it would be an additional 800 dollars. I was a first time buyer, learning how to buy a vehicle. Manny used this opportunity as a new salesman to learn how he can make a the most money possible. I have called twice and spoken with his supervisor. Who told me he'd have a "talk" with manny. I am unsatisfied with the purchase, and will never go to this dealership again for purchases. Some other issues I had with the vehicle: -It had oversized tires and they scrub the wheel wells when you turn hard, and are only a quarter inch below the leaf spring. (Will need a lift kit to keep the tires on the vehicle they sold me) -I had the piece of trim plastic fall off the same day I left dealership (held on with 2 sided tape) -Called the same place Manny called to have my hitch installed for almost $800.00 -They quoted me $479.89 More

Sold us a lemon! 2015 Cadillac Escalade. Bought extended warranty that expired in 40,000 miles won’t honor nothing. Bunch of crooks! Be careful! Was in a wreck but they didn’t tell us that and it’s not on o warranty that expired in 40,000 miles won’t honor nothing. Bunch of crooks! Be careful!
