I was trying t I recently purchased a used 2005 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD with a Duramax from this dealership. Mark Brown, my salesman was awesome. I was trying to buy the truck while living out of state in Tennessee. Mark went out to the truck and took extra pictures of the truck for me. He even crawled underneath the truck and got me some excellent photos of the underside. We started talking pricing on the truck and Mark went to bat for me. The Pre-owned sales manager Tony Enloe was great to deal with as well. He was very up front with what he could do on his pricing. He was very courteous and was a real straight shooter. We ended up making a deal over the phone on the truck. They took a small deposit from me over the phone and I went to the dealership the next day from out of state. When I got to the dealer the truck was already cleaned up and sitting right out front for me to inspect. The truck was exactly how they described it and the pictures matched what I was seeing. They had paperwork ready for me and I was in and out of there in no time at all. Overall it was a great experience. I wish they were my local dealer here in Johnson City, TN so that I could use them all the time. More
