I had purchased a new car so during my state inspection visit I asked to rotate the tires and put proper pressure in each tire. Tire rotation was done but tire pressure was not done. This I found out after I drove out. I didn’t want to go back and wait. 2. I had requested complimentary car wash. After every thing was done car was sitting out side for a while without being washed. I asked about car wash and then it was taken for washing. I attributed this to some members of service staff being on vacation. More

I just leased my second Subaru from Bowser Subaru. My first was a 2021 Forester, and I liked the performance of the symmetrical AWD and X Mode on snowy, icy mountain roads so much, that just before my My first was a 2021 Forester, and I liked the performance of the symmetrical AWD and X Mode on snowy, icy mountain roads so much, that just before my lease on the Forester was up, I leased a 2024 Solterra EV. This Solterra is the nicest car that I've ever driven. In a single word, everything is "smooth". So now, I don't pay for gas and have an even nicer car with the same symmetrical AWD and X Mode on an EV. The folks at Bowser are great to work with because they keep in contact with their customers and value customer satisfaction as much as sales. Bowser Subaru is now my go-to car dealership! More
