Excellent Customer Service We recently purchased a new vehicle and the salesman was excellent. There was no pressure involved. We came back next day and purchased a different vehicle than we looked at in our original visit. The salesman set up a test drive, even allowing us to take the car to our home to make sure it would fit into our small garage before we committed. He explained everything in detail and walked us through the whole process. He was knowledgeable, kind, and very easy to work with. He introduced us to the finance manager and the sales manager, as well. He helped to set up a service appointment and called to check in after the purchase. Overall, the was the best car buying experience I've ever had! More

My New Car I recently purchased my car from Bowser Hyundai in Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania. As a 25 year old, a car was going to be my first big purchase. Needless I recently purchased my car from Bowser Hyundai in Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania. As a 25 year old, a car was going to be my first big purchase. Needless to say, I was nervous about such a commitment. One of the reasons I ended up purchasing my new 2017 Tucson Night Edition when I did was due to the amazing work of our Sales and Leasing Representative. Scott Peters assisted me through the entire process. He greeted myself and my family when we first walked into the showroom, and he had the car ready for me to test drive within a few minutes. Scott made sure to walk me through the car's components and answer any questions I asked along the way. When it was time to discuss numbers, Scott worked to get me a price I felt comfortable paying. He even called another dealership in order to clarify what they based their price on, so that we had an accurate comparison. Scott made the entire process as stress-free as could be. I never once felt like he was pushing me to buy a car from him. His calm demeanor helped me enjoy the whole car-buying experience. I plan to revisit Bowser Hyundai for my car maintenance and will continue to tell others about the positive experience I had while purchasing my new car.
