On December 7th I had my van in for service (inv# 453542). At that time about $5 in quarters were stolen from my change compartment. When I complained to the service manager he said no one there would have done it and then turned his back. Also, I got door cylinders replaced, and on the invoice I was charged for 2.4 hours. However, I sat in the waiting room from 9:30AM to 3:00PM (5.5 hours). I don't know what was going on the rest of the time. Except that my money was being stolen from me. From other people I've talked to I'm under the impression that this happens often here. Day Chevrolet has contacted me and reimbursed the money stolen. On top of that they've gifted my $25 from a local store. It is evident that they do care for their customers and want to provide the best service they can. Unfortunately there are bad apples out there and one has slipped into the system here. Service manager Dave has reached out to me with a true concern of the situation and is doing whatever it takes to keep this from happening. More
Salesman was very nice during sales process while I was giving hime a check for $4000 as a down payment. Also, the service department and the sales team seem to have had a breakdown in communication. Finally, I feel that my concerns should have been addressed better especially since it was within 2-3 weeks of spending 16,000 on a vehicle! More
