Scheduled oul changed. Scheduled oil change per service attendent recommendation. Arrived 20 minutes early at 5 pm. Was lied to blown off and forgotten. So dissappointed that such a simple task as an oil change couldve have been so traumatic of an experience.. waited 3 hours and i was the last person to leave service garage truck parked outside and i had to walk in the rain to get it. Then found my rearview was hanging off windshield. I then was told it was like that when i arrived. Didnt complain or yell. Just paid and left. Will never return. This place is run by the wrong people. Kenny Ross here I come!! P.S. and the place was dirty. Sales people where rude and gossipy. Could careless about anyone with questions on new vehicles.
