I would drive another 50 miles, which I plan as soon as the lease is up, and purchase again. The Bowman sales family made me feel like I knew everyone for years. Lies, Screw ups and underhandedness Trying to purchase a new vehicle should be an exciting experience. Due to the dealerships issue with using the wrong vin number for a title a one or Trying to purchase a new vehicle should be an exciting experience. Due to the dealerships issue with using the wrong vin number for a title a one or two day tops transaction was drug out for almost three weeks. Not until we were ready to walk away from the deal was even the suggestion of getting a vehicle to replace this from another dealership offered as an option and even then the dealership did not contact the other dealerships. They intended to make us wait for six to eight weeks for a new title to be received from the state. All the while, we are paying insurance on a new vehicle that we do not have. Their lack of interest in rectifying the mistake that was clearly caused by their dealership was proof enough for both me and my boyfriend to take our business elsewhere. Funny thing is within one hour we had a vehicle from someplace else. (same make and model mind you) Avoid this dealership at all costs. They need retraining in customer care and service. More

I went to Bowman and saw Tony Gazetti who had already emailed me a quote which was much less than the other dealerships lowest quote. Tony was great to work with and even got my husband a great deal on a Silverado. You won't be disappointed if you see Tony. More
