Great experience I had a surprisingly great experience. Years of buying vehicles never had it go so smooth. Justin made everything work out even with my old vehicle I had a surprisingly great experience. Years of buying vehicles never had it go so smooth. Justin made everything work out even with my old vehicle trade in. He had everything ready for me answered all my questions even when they seemed silly. He would tell me what all is on the Equinox and I would say oh no that is more money and he would say no its standard, I think about 5 times he had to reassure me lol, I said I guess I finally get to welcome the 21st century lol. The hardest thing about the experience ended up only being deciding on the color, which Justin sixth sense even was able to help with that. He said I can sleep on it if that helps but he will have the one I choose ready for me when I get here. He was so right, I chose the dark red one and it was ready for me when I got there. ... I think what really sold me on the sale was Justin made me feel important and cared. He was kinda worried about me driving a old 2001 vehicle that could breakdown any time and said if I was his mom he would be worried for me, and it felt like he meant that. I was sold! More
