We chatted on the phone, I came in, and the deal was done. I drove in with one car and drove out with a new car. And Sam didn't just give me the keys and say, "Have a nice day." He walked me through the features of the new car inside and out and made sure I was set up with onstar and my phone was talking to the car. So helpful. And . . . they have a great new coffee machine.
