I was working with another dealer that could not match the trade-in offer I had for my 2015 Sierra HD. Candy not only matched my trade-in offer, she was able to pick up the new truck from Illinois and have it to her dealership within the same day. She also guided me to extra discounts I was able to use on accessories, and to top that, she got me a super low interest rate!! I was under a time crunch as I approached a 4 day RV trip the following week and needed this new truck with accessories complete in time for my trip. I'm on my second lease now, and I just have to say Sam Mona took excellent care of me this week when I pulled ahead from an Equinox to a Traverse. We chatted on the phone, I came in, and the deal was done. I drove in with one car and drove out with a new car. And Sam didn't just give me the keys and say, "Have a nice day." He walked me through the features of the new car inside and out and made sure I was set up with onstar and my phone was talking to the car. So helpful. And . . . they have a great new coffee machine. I enjoyed two lattes while I was there. Thanks Sam and the Bowman Chevy team! More
