To this date I have not met him face to face but he gets the customer experience by I wanted to praise our Salesman at Bowman Chevrolet, Tony Gazetti. To this date I have not met him face to face but he gets the customer experience by answering all our needs and wants. Nothing frustrates me more than after meeting or communicating with a salesperson my needs & wants in detail than wasting more time at any dealer’s site just so “we can talk” to the manager to “close” the deal/sale. I told specifically Our range, where we wanted to be payment, down payment & trade-in wise. He got it, didn’t torture us with weekly calls to see if we were ready to buy even if we were miles apart dollar wise. Other dealers had their support staff calling me constantly to see if there was anything they could for us since we hadn’t bought yet. I told the other dealers staff and salespeople “No, the salesperson has my details, please have them call us when they’v Met my needs...” the call never came, but Tony put in the time and effort to communicate where we were at & how we could close the gap.
