I shopped where we purchas We turned in the 2017 Lease Truck about a month in a half early but time to find an affordable car or truck pretty quickly. I shopped where we purchased the lease and was totally upset with that dealer. It was like pulling teeth to get someone to help us. We were then assigned a salesman, but on 3 different visits, he was unable to help me twice and my wife and I once. He was either off or working with someone else. I did finally get a different sales guy to allow me to test drive and Equinox and then a Traverse. So we went back when we knew he would be there and had to wait over an hour while he worked with another customer. So we walked lot trying to decide what we wanted when he ran out and asked for our patience while he had the other couple go on a test drive. After 2 1/2 hours, we left. Mind you we were told we could no longer due a 2 yr lease, all were going to 3 yrs and it would be impossible to match or go below what we were currently paying? I went on Car Guru, Car Fax and a few other sites asking for pricing on several different trucks and a GMC Terrain to either purchase or lease for the same or better price that we had. Bowman Chevrolet was the only place that said they may be able to do it. At original dealership we were told there was no more 2019 Trucks with the old style front end available and told us that was what was advertised are no longer available anywhere? Bowman said they still had 2018 light duty trucks for purchase only, but also had 4 colors available in the Z71 Model with the old style front that had great incentives. We went and met with Candy, she said priced out 3 different light duty trucks for us. We then decided to get a Black Z71 truck for less than we currently paid on truck we turned in. Candy Collins has won my business forevermore, It took less than 3 hours to pick up vs a day with our old dealership. We will be sticking with Bowman Chevrolet and Candy Collins forever now. He was able to get me into a new 2019 Equinox right away. Dom will do what he can to make sure I’m completely satisfied and I feel like I can always trust him.
