Buyers/Lessees Beware! We were 10 year loyal customers of Bowman Chevrolet and deceived by them. We were turning in a 2017 Traverse Premier for a 2020 Traverse Premier that We were 10 year loyal customers of Bowman Chevrolet and deceived by them. We were turning in a 2017 Traverse Premier for a 2020 Traverse Premier that had been all prearranged. Should have been a very simple transaction. The vehicle and invoice were hidden from us until all the paperwork had been completed. They purposely substituted a Traverse LT instead. We do not know why. This was done by Andrew Gentges (Sales) and Doug Clark (Sales Mgr). Nothing was resolved. In our opinion, this dealership is not trustworthy and will never have our business again . More
