I have had my eye on a used Cadillac ATS for years and was just waiting on the right deal. Bowman Chevrolet posted that deal with a used ATS that had about 38,000 miles under what typical mileage should was just waiting on the right deal. Bowman ran it through their certified pre-owned program, so I trusted the pristine condition it was in. The center touch screen and control panel was not totally responsive so I asked to have it replaced. The approximately $1,500 repair was done within a couple days without a price adjustment to me. Still got it for originally advertised price. Vic Filice fist answered my inquiry telephone call, made the Saturday test drive simple and was super friendly to deal with on the sale. They also had all the license plates and vehicle tabs onsite, which saved me a trip to MI SOS, and you know how fun that place is to get into during this pandemic! Vic has been with Bowman for, I think he said, 27 years and his professionalism shows in his easy character and lack of high pressure sales tactics. It was like buying from a friend. If you are looking at a used car there, Vic is your guy! Kudos to the service team on the great job on the screen/control replacement and to the management for doing it on their dime, while still accepting my initial offer. -Rick More
