We purchased our first Chevy from Bowman recently, and unfortunately have not had a great experience. Before leaving the lot, my husband found exterior scratches in the paint, as well as a small tear in unfortunately have not had a great experience. Before leaving the lot, my husband found exterior scratches in the paint, as well as a small tear in the headliner. We dropped the car off on January 5, and still don't have it back as of January 14. We were told that for the headliner replacement, we would receive a loaner vehicle, which never happened. After calling again today, I was told that it should be painted today, and brought over to service for the headliner, hopefully finished at the end of this week. That would be 2 weeks for issues that should have been taken care of before the car hit the lot. We are not thrilled with the length of time this has taken. This car should have been a priority for service, being a brand new vehicle with defects that were not the customer's fault. More
