My husband and I had a GREAT experience at Bowman Chevrolet with Linda Kelly! We came in knowing pretty much what we were looking for (and it was a car for myself, so I knew what one I wanted to lear Chevrolet with Linda Kelly! We came in knowing pretty much what we were looking for (and it was a car for myself, so I knew what one I wanted to learn about) -- she asked a few questions and we immediately checked out the New-Used car I had previously checked out the night before. Linda was very friendly, yet professional and informed us well of the vehicle that had caught my eye. She was confident in her speech and was open to answering any questions we had. I was in awe of what a good experience it was to be able to walk into a place of business and not get "pushed" into an uncomfortable position. We walked away with a smile and a new owner of a 2019 Chevrolet Equinox! We highly recommend Linda to other buyers -- whether it's your first time in a dealership or someone coming back. I bought a 9 year old car from Meahgan. I had told her what my price range was and she sent my information and pictures of some cars. I asked about the Carfax on one of the cars and received it quickly. what my price range was and she sent my information and pictures of some cars. I asked about the Carfax on one of the cars and received it quickly. During the test-drive, we heard a high-pitched noise coming from the car. I took the car back and told them about the noise. I also mentioned the car was a mess (oily, watery liquid in the cupholders, crumbs all over the place, dash covered in dust, black marks everywhere). Since I wasn't able to take the car that day, they held onto it until they could deliver it. When I got it, it had been detailed inside and out and the noise was gone (they said a rock between the brake pad and rotor so they turned down the rotor and brushed the brake pad down). The people that dropped it off let me test drive it again and were very personable. Overall, a really great experience More
