We dealt with the pre owned vehicle part of Bowman. Brian Burke, the manager, and Tom Schaefer, the salesman, were absolutely fantastic. My husband was sick at the time we were supposed to pick up Brian Burke, the manager, and Tom Schaefer, the salesman, were absolutely fantastic. My husband was sick at the time we were supposed to pick up our car, so I went to the dealership by myself. I couldn't have had a BETTER experience. Brian had described the car to us prior to my arrival. Tom basically held my hand through the whole process. After having to cancel an appointment the day before, they both made the time for me when they really didn't have much time. I leased my first Camaro 3LT from Bowman Chevy 4 years ago on the recommendation of a respected friend. I was connected with Sam Mona and the experience was pleasant and seamless. I enjoyed the car so muc ago on the recommendation of a respected friend. I was connected with Sam Mona and the experience was pleasant and seamless. I enjoyed the car so much, I decided to go again at the end of my lease. I went in to order a new 2022 last November, ( my lease was up in August but GM extended it because of lack of inventory). Sam told me in November that there were no available v6 models and suggested that I might try a 4 or an 8 cylinder. Well 4 is not enough and 8 is to much for my needs. He told me if I hold out for a v6 I might luck out, promising nothing. I agreed and ordered my new car on November 11 of 2021. He updated me every few weeks. My new car arrived last Saturday, June 18 and was so worth the wait! It exceeds my expectations in so many ways. I am grateful to have a man like Sam Mona on my side. Together we got the vehicle I really wanted. So glad I did not settle... Bravo Bowman!!! More
