Sam Mona spent a considerable amount of time to help us determine and then locate the Malibu my wife wanted. When the vehicle was delivered, Sam explained all the paperwork thoroughly and then reviewed all the interior controls with my wife to make her familiar with everything. Doug Clark (Sales Manager) also helped clarify any rebate questions we had. He was extremely personable and I feel like we gained a good friend in Sam. As we joked with him about things he would always have a good comeback with a great sense of humor. We had a lot of good laughs and really enjoyed working with Sam.
