I was just in town one day after my new vette came in and just showed up unannounced on Sam and asked if it was possible to take the car that day. Sam , in his usual manner, said "we'll make it happen" and did. Little did I know he already had a full day scheduled . He took all the time in the world with me and made me feel his only focus was taking care of me...I think he was more excited about the car than I was..maybe a close second ! By Wednesday August 27, 2014 Justin called and and said "I think Ive got the car you want" and by 7:30 PM Thursday August 28,2014 Justin was explaining all the features of our new Chevy Traverse LTZ and we were off. Number one Justin was polite and very helpful. Number twohe said he would try to find us a car as quickly as possible and he did. Third we are an older couple and Justin treated us very respectfully. A couple of typo errors made the transaction take a littel longer, but Justin got us water and a coke and apologized for the delay. A very nice young man with aprofessional attitude.
