Since I live over two hours away from this dealer I recently purchase a vehicle at this dealership. I first seen the vehicle through autotrader.com. Since I live over two hours away from this dealer I had many questions to ask. I was quickly connected to Tom Schaefer. He was very polite. When I asked for the details regarding the vehicle he said he was unsure because it had not been put on the lot yet. He then went over and above by driving down to the detailing shop, taking a video of the vehicle, then called me to answer all my questions. I messed up!..... On the 27th I left a review of Bowman Chevrolet that was unfair. I jumped the gun thinking that they were not going to help me with a needed repair. I did not give my salesperson the opportunity to work on my behalf. Tim Shea is one top notch stand up guy. Not only did he intervene on my behalf, he took my scathing review and pressed forward to help me. I feel terrible for my words and retract everything I said. He deserved along with Bowman Chevrolet, to really be upset with me. I ask Tim, Bowman Chevrolet and you the reader, to forgive me for my impatient attack. I will and do recommended this dealer and its people to all who need a vehicle, new or used and their service center for your repairs.
