My 2014 New Corvette I am very pleased with relationship I developed with the staff at Bowman Chevrolet when I ordered my new 2014 Corvette. Doug Clark was the first pers I am very pleased with relationship I developed with the staff at Bowman Chevrolet when I ordered my new 2014 Corvette. Doug Clark was the first person I met on my initial visit and he was very helpful in making my decision. Sam Mona took over my order process a few days later and he is very knowledgeable with the Corvettes, and was able to answer all of my questions. Then came the long 8 week wait for the order process and production. They were very patient with me and helped move the order along all the way. Finally delivery came and they even had pictures for me of the car being unloaded off the truck. They are trying to build their Corvette business and I have no problems recommending my friends and family to them. I understand their service department is fantastic also. More
Bowman Chevrolet went above and beyond! I purchased a used Chevrolet Traverse from a "sister company" to Bowman Chevrolet in February 2014. Over the course of about 3 months there were seve I purchased a used Chevrolet Traverse from a "sister company" to Bowman Chevrolet in February 2014. Over the course of about 3 months there were several issues that came up and the dealership was NOT handling the situation. I contacted Rhonda Jensen and Brian Burke after several weeks of getting no where and they stepped up like no other!!! They truly went above and beyond and took care of me and my concerns. I am so incredibly grateful for the efforts they made to rectify the situation. Not only did they send a driver to drop off a rental and pick my vehicle up for repair, but, they took care of ALL of the issues that I was having with the vehicle. Then they had my car returned to me and picked the rental up. I also spoke with the service manager, Jimmy Roy, who was so professional and understanding of the situation. He to went above and beyond. He followed up not only the night I originally spoke with him, but again the following day to make sure I was put in touch with the proper person to help with the situation. After hearing the details of the situation they told me that is not how they do business and that customer service is priority. They weren't kidding! I am so impressed with the professional and compassionate staff that I encountered at Bowman Chevrolet. I tell anyone and everyone looking for a car that this is where they need to go! Thank you Bowman Chevrolet! More

Shawn S. I was sold a lemon and no one was willing to help resolve the problem. I gave salesman all of my information online and over the phone. I got to the used car dealership 30 minutes before closing time so my mistake was not test driving the car. As I left the dealership going home, I heard a knocking noise. I called my salesman the very next morning. Since it was the Thursday before Christmas, he advised me to bring the car in after the holiday and they would take care of whatever the problem was. I contacted the salesman right after the holiday, I paid for and rented my own car while they checked it out for them to tell me that nothing was wrong. They suggested that I take it in to a Chrysler dealer (since it was a Dodge car) and the Chrysler dealer said that its a rocker arm issue that would cost approximately $850. I called the dealer and told them the issue and they said, "you signed a "as is" form and couldn't help me. So now I'm stuck with paying for a rocker arm issue because the dealer sold me a car with a bad engine. I should have test drove the car and I would have known right away that there was a problem. However, I thought that since I contacted the dealership right away, that they would assist me and take care of the problem. They tried to act as though there was no problem with the car and did not help to resolve the problem. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone because they sell lemon cars and are not willing to satisfy customers. More
